Kettles.

The most unassuming enemy of them all.

There you are, in a heated battle with the Great Deathlord of the Underkeep, and you're running down the dark, musty hallway slinging spells when suddenly....

You trip.

And lose your last health point.

You just need a good ward. That'll block all that shouting.

Draugr DeathLord Archers, that ones that can actually make you go ragdoll.

And Master Volikhar Vampires. I'm on PS3 so I don't have access to DLC enemies.

Hanging pans. The one under in the South wing of the Blue Palace is particularly deadly.

Seriously though, definitely the deathlords on earlier levels. On one occasion, I died and reloaded about seven times trying to beat one, even with my companion.

No one should underestimate the KETTLE POWA. I made that mistake before. Never again, I took the habit to either avoid them or pick them up and store them somewhere.

Once I realized how dangerous those things are I spawned 1000+ kettles in Whiterun just for the lulz.

A pack of Death Lords is always something to be taken seriously. After those I would have to say an ancient dragon with a blood dragon in tow and a giant in the mix just for the lulz: Not!

Well this one time I was sneaking up a mountainside , following a stone path way to a Dragon wall. And it was night with no enemies around and suddenly I just dropped dead. I mean full health to 0 in a second. I was shocked ... what the heck just happened!!

So I reloaded a autosave not far from there and slowly crept back up the path to see one of those stone pedestals with a soul stone on top...how that thing one shotted my lvl 45 I have no idea -.- so yeah there is my most feared foe . Sniper shot soul stone pedestals.

Any. Freaking. Archer. No matter what race/creature. Go against them in a group and you're gonna be dead really quick. In packs where they are mixed in, I always take them out first. At least you have some kind of chance against basic melee mobs.
Draugr DeathLord Archers, that ones that can actually make you go ragdoll.

And Master Volikhar Vampires. I'm on PS3 so I don't have access to DLC enemies.

Well the masters can be found in Haemer's Shame, without the DLC.
