Has anyone had a problem with the latest update? : Othor Games

I downloaded the latest update today and now the game is shutting off my AVR, and then I have no sound. When I click the left bumper or draw my sword the game shuts off my AVR. I am playing on Xbox and I am not 100% sure its a Dishonored update or an Xbox update, it didn't say.

Trying to figure out if anyone has had the same problem and if so what the fix is.
