This ones for all of you bada$$ tank players. I heard a while back that this perk was broken. Something that it would only work for a certain amount of time. I really want this perk because what is better than running up to someone and knocking them down with your shield. Certainly not FUS-RO-DAH-ing. Thats just too easy.
