It is out in the UK. I have just downloaded it. Try looking in My Games > Skyrim > Extras. I found it at the end of the list.

Search for Dawnguard on Xbox.com. It's there, I just finished downloading it.

Thanks although for some reason it would not show up until i sorted it by release date
