The last time I ever preoder a game.

Pay extra for it to come on the day? All I got was a knife in the back, a hole in my heart, and now... an annoying brother that wants me to play Fifa with him.

By the Nine! What did I do wrong!

The new swimming trunks came on time, the physics books cam in the blink of an eye. But what about Skyrim?

Nothing. Not a trace. I now have an angry face. Tonight I won't be using a mace.

Where did you order? I never order online anymore...I generally just go to Target the morning of. They always have tons of copies of new games...

Are you unable to make it Target, Wal-Mart (uhh), Gamestop, Best Buy, etc? If you can make it to one of those places, you really only have yourself to blame. If you can't make, bummer.

A bit dramatic aren't you? You're obviously not taking it well. And understandably so :swear:

Still, I ordered from Game, and I've spoke to others who have ordered from elsewhere and none of us have got our pre-order on time, so it would suggest Amazon isn't to blame and it's more Royal Mail's fault. I would make sure to get my money back for the delivery though if you had to pay extra.

This is false. Mine shipped yesterday and according to the tracking, is on the truck for delivery today.

Amazon seem to have a real problem with delivering on time, I ordered mine yesterday afternoon from Gamestation, it arrived this morning. Gamestation have always been good when it come to pre-orders, well they have with me.

You know when they mean release date delivery it doesn't mean "delivery to this cry baby in the morning"

I know for one thing my game and guide won't get here till after 3pm or later tonight like normal, stop [censored]ing, as long as you get it before 11:59pm (not that places run that late) it will STILL be under RELEASE DATE so just give it time

If you are talking about a store not having it in stock, well bring it up with them

The amazon.com I use has only ONCE got me a game a day after the release date and it was not their fault that the plane it was one decided to have issues that day.

I ordered from amazon =\ payed 99 cents for release day shipping and then saw that they were using "Next day air saver" shipping from ups

I won't get it until tonight, whereas if they used regular next day air shipping i would get it before noon.... :sadvaultboy:

If you actually read the release date shipping policy it says in bold: "Some carriers make deliveries to residential addresses as late as 7pm, so please allow sufficient time for the delivery."

You agreed to this when you pre-ordered the game from Amazon.

I ordered from Amazon on the 12th october, first class delivery (UK). I got in from work half hour ago and Skyrim was waiting on the doormatt for me. Am intsalling it now. Am sorry for those who hav not got it yet, hopefully you will tomorrow. :confused:

i ordered from tesco cause it was cheaper

but ive still not got mine (it says its been sent but no sign) and worst of all

if it dont come tomorrow i wont play it till monday and even if it comes the wife wants me to take her shopping

so all day tomorrow i be teased by the shops showing skyrim as i wander around i wont even know if its at home till i get home but oh well this is life

at least it was cheap
