I have ATI sapphire radeon HD 6990 4gb gddr5 and Game crashes after the beginning intro video, I have a big problem, the game does not work when I install the patch, but without installing the patch the game looks terrible. What do I do?

I had this problem after I installed the newest patch.

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure I fixed it by turning vsync in the Vision Engine (new version of the CCC) to "Off, unless the application specifies".

I think it's a problem with the new video settings. After I got it working I can set vsync to anything in the CCC or game.
