It make me wonder. Dragons have returned, so does that mean they are in other provinces/continents? Or are they only confined to Skyrim? It's interesting to see how they will be implemented in future games. Maybe they will be a very rare occurance. I don't know, what do you think?

Edt: Meant unleashed, not released as if they were in captivity.

Alduin's doing, and he was hanging around Skyrim, reviving buried dragons. The Dragon cult, as far as we know, was only on Solstheim, Atmora, and Skyrim. Maybe pre-existing dragons became more feisty with the World Eater flying around up north, but most of what we run into has been directly revived by Alduin

So MAYBE, but it's unlikely, and definitely less frequently than in Skyrim.

It seems that all the burial mounds are in the north, so mostly Skyrim, and maybe a few in Morrowind and Highrock. Doesn't mean dragons can't fly to wherever they want though.

I think they will be everywhere, dragons know no boundries.

they come from everywhere i guess so yes thay may go to other provinces but mostly will stay probably in Skyrim and Akavir since its the 2 places they seem to really like, Dragons like mountains i head
