it would be a cool in game feature. But for those of us on the PC its reality already. Ultimate Follower Mod and My home is Your home mods do just this. I'm sure it would be easy to put in the game. I'm kinda surprised it was not included with Hearthfire.

You mean your house? Or build an actual area like Assassins Creed 3? That would be pretty cool.
