Well, I think I may have found the answer, without using mods, I think I've created what is one of the many over-powered classes in the Elder Scrolls world.
First off, I would like to add that I am, sadly, a console gamer. I don't have any access to any mods, so therefore this is all legitimate information I'm sharing with you.
The Class:
Well, I'm a Nord, because I've found the annoying comments made by NPCs aren't nearly as annoying if you're a homeland Nord.
Anyhow, the class!
Here is a list of the ten perks that I have chosen for my, oh lets call him a 'Nightblade'. I will explain after every listed perk, why I chose it.
Alteration: Alteration is a fantastic perk for nearly any situation. Having a problem 'Merking' that stubborn Blood Dragon? No problem, paralize him and commence merking.
Illusion: Illusion is an amazing perk for assassins and thieves. If you don't want to get caught by those stupid Thalmor Judiciaries while sneaking into their dungeon, cast 'Muffle', now you're all but invisible.
Restoration: Restoration is a great perk for a whole mess of situations. If you do happen to be sneaking past a band of Thalmor Judiciaries and you do get caught, Restoration could be the difference between virtual life and virtual death.
One Handed: One Handed is a fantastic perk to accomodate with the magical skills listed above, I've tried using a bow, but leaving yourself defenseless while casting a spell is no bueno.
Smithing: Smithing is perhaps, one of the most under-rated perks in TES:V. Do you really like that Scimitar but not happy with the basic 12 damage? No problem, bring that crappy base up into the 50s and 60s.
Light Armor: Light Armor is the best of both worlds, the theif and the warrior. If you're a theif, you're bound to get caught up in a few skirmishes with some rather unhappy passerbys. The same goes with the warrior. There's many points in the game where you absolutley have to steal something in order to beat a quest. Once again the best of both worlds.
Lockpicking: While Lockpicking is not a needed perk, it is perhaps one of the more useful ones. Having trouble '[censored]' that mater lock? No problem. You don't even have to give any thought to it anymore, just pick away, my friends.
Pickpocket: Once again, not a needed perk, but very useful. Are you wanting to get rich fast or have a major advantage over your foes? Sneak into their base, steal all of their armor and weapons, and you are instantly guarunteed a win. Pickpocket FTW!
Sneak: Sneak is gives you a major advantage on the playing field, not only because it's nice to not get trolled by, well, what else, a troll. Also because it's an absolute necessity for the role of 'the most over-powered class in TES:V'.
Speech: Speech is an absolutely gorgeous perk. Being able to swindle a shop owner into buying your $30 ring for $180 is an amazing feeling, it also just keeps multiplying. Buy this for $5, sell it for $30. Buy this for $30, sell it for $180, and so on.
I've used all of these perks like crazy and they're insanely useful for the class that I've described above. Think you've got a better one? Post it! I don't mind a little friendly competition.
