I apologize if this has been asked before but, It seems that my serial key for the main game is not saving. I keep having to renter it in game every time I either restart or get out of the multiplayer screen. Any ideas?

Can you even play MP? I cannot join any server it keeps telling me serial code is in use. PISSES ME OFF. I'm so mad i cannot play MP at all?!

Yeah, I have the game on steam.

I got the game straight through EA and I get the problem.

keep getting serial code in use problem
all the servers are above 100 ms ping
most of them are unpopulated
ranked servers dont seem to work for ****
and in fullscreen mode the graphics are coming off as epileptic flashes lol, i go into windowed mode and everythings fine though lol

I've just recently logged in and noticed that my serial key has already been saved in the log-in screen (it didn't before). I then tried multiplayer and then it finally worked. I didn't do anything really.

hey guys, im locking this thread because this comes up in so many others, but entering your cd key each time was part of a temp fix we applied to get as many people playing as possible. We will of course resolve this issue as soon as we can so it saves correctly.
