I signed up for the elder scrolls online beta on January 24 2013 but still have no beta email for the elder scrolls online yet

Only a small amount of invites have gone out. Most people haven't gotten invites yet.

Remember you're also not guaranteed to even get in to the beta. Most who registered won't.
