What spell are you going to make? name it here

Requirement:
* spell effect must be learn in vallina game, you can't make something up.
* make the spell sound reasonable to cast, think that spell cost is on same rate increase like our spell of lighting bolt to thunder bolt.

My spells are:

Blizzard cloak (Master):
* Cast on self
* Storm cloak 25 shock damage per second for 60 seconds.
* Frost cloak 10 frost damage per second for 60 seconds.
* Magicka cost around 1000

Hellfire (Expert):
* Fireball 40 pts same values as fireball.
* Fire hazard (the spell properties of flame wall spell): 20pts on ground for 30 seconds
* Cost 400 magicka

-A candlelight of higher magnitude and higher duration.
-Longer duration armour spells.
-A spell that combines fire and lightning.

I would want the master ice spell to be a thrown spell
