How will interacting with things work?

If i mine an ore can someone else mine it too?

If i mine an ore and deplete it is it gone for another player?

If i want to use the forge, do players phase through?

Probably no more than you would have to wait to talk to a quest NPC that has a crowd around them. From the official videos I have seen, that delay is not long at all.
