So, I'm grinding my smithing and enchanting skills. To gain some money I'm chopping wood. Yesterday I had my follower chop wood by the Bannered Mare and once he grabbed a log I'd run over to the chopping area next to Belethor's and he'd continue chopping while I chopped at the same time. After he was done, he'd stay by the woodpile, and I'd run over and tell him to chop again. Etc.

Today I loaded up the game to do the same thing, but my follower would stop chopping after one log and come wait next to me...

Any idea what's going on here?
