Having issues duplicating exterior worldspace

I am working on a mod that will reside in the valley SW of Falkreath. What I would like to do is duplicate the valley in its own worldspace, but I seem to be having some difficulty with it. I have very little experience with worldspace or landscape modding, but I have the exact cell coordinates of the cells I want to duplicate.

Here's what I've done so far with no success:
  • Created a new worldspace in the CK
  • Made the parent worldspace Tamriel & told it to share LOD & climate data
  • In the Map Data section, I entered the NW & SE cell coordinates of my desired valley
  • I checked the "Small World" box as well as the "Fixed Location" box, then put in my center cell coordinates
The single Wilderness cell that appears in my worldspace doesn't look anything like the valley - not even the right land textures. When I double-click on the Wilderness cell (0,0) it generates several other cells using the incorrect landscape from the first one.

Can someone direct me to a tutorial showing how to do this? The ones I've found so far are about creating worldspaces from scratch using heightmaps, but none of them cover the details of the New Worldspace window in the CK.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
