I'm having problems!

My game play is tarnished by these little black spots, I've been fooling with graphics settings but nothing seems to help. Sometimes it's minor like in Screen Shot 1, other times' it's unplayable.. help!

Also, when a dragon is breathing fire or a mage is casting, I can't see the fire animation. What's going on? Is it my computer?

seen exactly the same screen,it got sort of fixed by using the ini file settings for ultra that i saw here, then tweak the file settings down to get the best FPS

it might also be lionked to the clock settings if you have a hd card,if its a 6870 his, then its definitley the card overdrive clock needs to be lowered to 900/1050

Where do I go to fix all of this, forgive me but I'm a total noob.

I dont see any flame or frost animations too. From my own magic or from dragons. (lightning is fine though)

My own computer set my graphics from start to low...

now i put them on Ultra, but still no frost or fire animations, but surprisingly the game runs smoothly on ultra, even though it set itself of low settings from my pc specs x.x!
