Any mods which make it where I can have a sword, bow, and dagger appear on my character if I have all of them favorited or equipped? Or that if I have dual wielded weapons they will both appear?

"armed to the teeth" I think it was.

There is a setting you can enable to do this very thing, though it is bugged. You have to shieth your weapon before changing it, otherwise the weapon gets stuck in your hand and you will have to reload your game.
