Hi, just what the title says. I am doing some klepto missions and have to steal a diamond neclace from some old battleaxe in Windhelm, but I always have a 0% chance of taking it, no matter how many items I have enhancing my pickpocketing. I don't have that skill high at all (20s), so I don't know if this is just a leveling issue where I need to put some time into the skill and the skill tree or if its something else I'm missing.

Any help would be appreciated....
