Alright, so I have a Toshiba satellite series laptop. And it has a built-in webcam for Skype purposes. Lil while ago my pc crashed and I had to get it fixed. But before that happened there used to be a desktop icon that auto places itself on the desktop.

After the person fixed my laptop, ever since I cannot for the LIFE of me find where it is. How would I go about finding it?
