So has anyone that install it to their HDD not had the Bug,and when I get the game later should I just not install it or just play from the Disc. Please let me know and thank you people.

Someone on the staff tweeted that it doesn't matter whether you install it or not, so go ahead. If you do notice anything that's bad, try uninstalling the game and seeing if the problem persists.
