So i have my 7870 connected to my TV through hdmi and it gives a black border around the edge, easily fixed through the amd catalyst control centre by setting overscan to 0

However whenever i play a game the black border returns, i followed this guide http://www.ryukent.com/2011/01/black-border-problem-using-hmdi-overscan-underscan-with-amd-card/ but it still shows a black border in games.

Anyone got a fix for this as its driving me crazy, i have been changing settings for 3 days now and nothing seems to work
