Nerds often have the reputation of being overly fat/skinny, lazy, and unable to fend for themselves. Prove them wrong!! I'd like to open the topic by reminding everyone that the benefits of simply standing and, even better, walking around every 20 minutes for about two minutes are ASTOUNDING. Personally I like to do squats at my desk, as they key to remaining strong and independent into retirement is the ability to stand up!! I've seen my Wife's Grandmother put into a home, and I simply can't bear the idea ending my life this way.
