I can't get Alesan to move to my house after adopting him. It used to work fine before the new patch. He just stands in Dawnstar and says he'll say goodbye to everyone before he leaves. Also I can't get the housecarl for Lakeview Manor to become my Steward.

Thanks for moving my post, I wasn't paying attention.

Update: Alesan is now at my character's house although he was blinking for a few seconds. I still have not had the Steward question available yet.
