Now that I have Hearthfire, I cannot fully outfit any of my vanilla homes I have purchased since downloading Hearthfire.
Since picking up Hearthfire, I have acquired Vlindrel Hall and Proudspire manor. When I went to outfit Vlindrel Hall, I was able to almost outfit the Home in it's entirety. The last item was the Arcane Enchanter table. I ended up purchasing the Arcane Enchanter table 5 times and still it would not show up in the house. In Proudspire, after purchasing all other pieces, I attempted to purchase my Living Room set 3 times and still no furniture would appear, yet at all times each of the Heralds insisted that the furniture would be delivered.

Even now, in Breezehome, a modded merchant (sixyHouseVendors from the Steam Workshop) that comfortably lived in the house with me previous to Hearthfire now insists on leaving the house at odd times, as if the house was not fit for her.

Since acquiring Hearthfire about 2 weeks ago, I have had more CTD's than I have ever had in the previous 6 months of playing the game. I am beginning to think Hearthfire is a waste of time and money and serious considering removing it, unless there is a BIG bug fix in the near future.
