The Heljarchen grain mill refuses to work, no interaction option at all with the thing.


No idea how I caused this bug, and the usual, reloading, waiting for the house to reset or attempting to blow it away with a shout have failed. Climbed all over it, swore at it, attacked it. Nothing.
I am reasonably sure it worked when it was first built, but will have to check and see how many wheat sacks that character has to be sure she ever used it. It is the second playthough for this character so it might not have been on this one she was using it.

The family are currently living at the house, I will try moving them and see if that helps.

Moved the family and dog, nothing changed.
She has 30 bags of flour in storage and has done some cooking with the oven, so it did work when first built.

I've had this one too. But not in relation to Hearthfire. I've had it occur in many saved games going right back to v1.1.

After fast travelling a Dragon just fell out of the sky, fully skinned, but very much dead. I sometimes got dragon souls from them, but they never turned into a skeleton. They eventually disappeared after a few hours of play, but stayed at the location they'd occured in, sometimes sticking out of/through/into buildings nearby.

Just skimmed the 1st thread, so I'm sure some of these have already been mentioned:

Started a new game with Hearthfire, around level 10 when I finished Lakeview Manor, now level 53. Up until about level 50, the house was pretty stable with some minor issues:

• mannequin duplication
  
• Sofie encumberment (all gifts too heavy...I read somewhere that her basket and flowers get duplicated and use up all her carry weight...I'd bought flowers from her once before adopting her)
  
• placement bugs (Nettlebane slowly falls out of one of the small display cases in the armory but could always be picked up and re-placed and certain items...unique Statue of Dibella, Dragonsbreath Mead, Potion of the Stallion...would not remain placed).
  
• apiary never respawned despite the bee noises

Recently I brought Ahtar back as a follower to upgrade his equipment and encountered these:

• 4th place in celar weapon rack no longer has the option to place a weapon. I had something there, removed it, and now I don't have the Use Weapon Rack option. The other 4 slots still work fine. I haven't tried the other racks yet.

• I had 5 dragon claws in the large entryway display case with no issues for the last 150 hours or so. Today 2 of them fell out and under the table, and 1 disappeared completely.

• Helm of Winterhold was on one of the dressers in the armory. Now it's gone.

• My housecarl and steward are merged both using the anvil in the main hall.

• The ropes and stakes placed when you're first building the entryway are visible again.

• The bard is standing on the chairs at the main hall table.

I also started noticing NPC melding with surroudings they were leaning against and a lot more stuttering. I suppose I could just be at that level where things start to fall apart. I'm going go back to a save point, sell a bunch of stuff I've been hoarding, and rebuild elsewhere. What a pain.

My cooking pot in Proudspire manor doesn't show up when i buy the house after I install Hearthfire.
