I must say it's agreeable even for my Breton to build only the small cabin , it fits pretty much everyone :P

Do we really need this thread? Consider the hearthfire forums, a topic, and everything else a discussion, this is like having a discussion within a discussion.

Discussception.

The opposite :o
Yes there is snow in Hjaalmarch , but only near the mountains , the actual part of the marches has no snow.
However Dawnstar is FULL of snow.

I'd quite like a house similar to the Riverwood Trader albeit with a basemant for an Arcane Enchanter and Alchemy Laboratory, with an outhouse for Smithing. I don't really want a mansion, just something big enough to accommodate for crafting as well as being feasible enough as a Healer's Shack. Well, what I want to do really is create some sort of Apothecary around the Dawnstar Sanctuary, perhaps in a fairly mountainous area.

No idea what kind of garden I'd be able to have there, mind. Besides Snowberries.

also needs drunks racing on the back of scamps, scrib fighting, and more pure fail type entertainment.

I do see what bethesda are upto though. I'd say they're diversifying, trying the appeal to the women who play the sims.

Still they could have catered for the majority of their current audience and provided a bachelor pad alternative in the DLC.
