Who cares about achievements anyway? :P

My prediction:
1. Build a house.
2. Adopt a child.
3. Plant a tree Protect your family from skeever infestation/aggresive giants.

Buying everything you want for your house (your own bard, carriage driver, alchemy lab etc.). That and maybe protecting your wife/husband from skeevers, giants and (maybe) dragons X amount of times.

Achievement Unlocked: Start Skyrim with Hearthfire
Achievement Unlocked: Read planning book
Achievement Unlocked: Get some materials
Achievement Unlocked: Plan house
Achievement Unlocked: Build house

And so on...

I don't understand this obsession with achievements, it's kinda immersion breaking for an achievement unlock to suddenly crop up. I actually use the console when I first start so that they don't unlock.

I've never quite seen the appeal of achievements; especially when it gives them out for finishing a chapter, effectively saying "well done for continuing to play the game". Like, "Achievement unlocked: select the 'New Game' option".

I care my gamescore is only 32500( I am ashamed a very low score that can hardly be called a gamer) I need all of those achivments on my road to becoming a gamer master(skyrim equivalent to a pokemon master)

I don't.

OP, it will probably related to building a house/x number of houses, adopting a child... baking one of those mean-looking pastries from the video, etc...

So?
Immersion is severely overrated when people complain about a occasional popup that lasts 5 seconds breaks it.

My sentiments exactly. As if a gamer score actually makes you a "Gamer". I've been playing video games for a lot of years. If they really mattered, then they would carry over from the last machine you played on.

Achievements/Trophies are just extra challenges to do in a game. Of course, you get some that are story related but you get some that can prolong your gameplay. I welcome them but if I didn't, it's not like I have to go for them.

I've only cared for achievos as a 'final challenge' sort of deal. Sure, most of them unlock just by playing through the story, but i'll admit theres a few that make you get out there. I still don't have Caravan Master for NV. Without that achievo, I wouldn't have played it more then once. Achieves usually don't matter to me, but I like to try and get 100% in games I really enjoyed. Really svcks that some of those have dead multiplayer settings.
