i started a new character today and still dont have $ to get lad. My question, are there more than just one house style(what i mean is like whiterun, riften, markarth style homes) or just one?

Sadly, there is only one style. You cannot choose between wood, clay, or stone.

The style is like all of the Whiterun houses.
