For my next trick, I'm painstakingly going through the Hearthfire houses and removing the 'initially disabled' tags so that the house is there, ready built, for those of us who've already built our homes and are starting a new character and just want the house.

Because it is a cheat, I can pretty much do what I want. Therefore, as well as making a few decisions where items overlap, I'm also extending the house so that you can have more stuff. I'm trying to keep items removed altogether to an absolute minimum. (Nothing is deleted, just moved out of sight.)

I'm redesigning the children's bedroom to make it cozier and more child-friendly and I'll redesign the layout upstairs because I thought the placement of the furniture was a little odd.

I'm going to add in a bathroom somewhere.

Any other thoughts/requests/ideas?

I'm starting with the Falkreath one, and I expect this will take a while.

(I haven't forgotten my other WIPs - I'll get to them eventually.)
