So, I just want to get this answered: Can you or can you not travell to Cyrodill or Morrowind when you bought HearthFire?

No you can't travel to Cyrodiil or Morrowind before or after purchasing Hearthfire.

Nah. You want to travel to Cyrodiil or Morrowind, you'll need a heck of a mod. Lol
