Personally I have always liked the attention to detail that bethesda pays to each of thier hand made projects. I prtsonally love the hand done and well designed feel of the stock game unchangable housing in the game at launch and those are some things I find totally acceptible. but, what I should love even more is to apply the concepts found with hearthfire to all player properties, and even expand into areas that Bethesda didnt even think about. with hearthfires, we can now own customizable properties, and it seemed that based on what the original homes had with them, it looks like bethesda had this in mind from the begining. so i propose that the concepts of owning homesteads should expand into the ones located within the cities. Im not saying we be allowed to completely tear down and remodel the houses in towns don't mistake my ambitions for rearranging bethesda's work at all. what im sugesting is to take what bethesda did, and run with it, what if we could own properties for reasons other than to live in them?
For an extreame example, take the home available in solitude, it's pretty large. in fact maybe a bit too large for the reallly if you wanted to stay single, so what bout the possability of turning it into a playter's own business. rather than a house, why not a store or tavern? perhaps even allow the player to do some other optional things to thier properties besides keeping thier imagindary family in.
