Heavily Modded Skyrim: Performance w SLI & Crossfire

So, I already have a EVGA GTX 680 FTW+ 4GB and I'm looking at possibly purchasing another card so that I can pretty much mod my game without constraint. Maintaining 60 frames-per-second with tons of mods, FXAA injection, and some of the improvements that ENB's can offer. Things like improved shadowing, god-rays, SSAO, and the like.

Anyways, there are still areas of the game where I'm CPU bottlenecked (i7 930 @ 4.0 Ghz), but I'd like to hear how the game performs with SLI configurations now that both drivers and the game have matured before making that kind of investment. At "Ultra" settings, some .ini tweaks, and my entire load order I'm pretty much maxing out my current GPU (thanks Vurt).
