I don't know if anyone else is seeing these things, but I finally got to the point where I can begin storing my items in the house, but the mannequins are in different places every time, and when I went to mount my Aetherial Shield it disappeared (autosaves are lifesavers)

Does anyone know when these sorts of things will be resolved so I can move in, and get rid of my 4k+ weight?

Probably never, you could try taking everything off the mannequins leave and see if they behave, you will get some duplicate items, but what ever is causing the problem will hopefully not duplicate. Particularly if you are putting something on them that is not in the game, like an Ancient Falmer Crown, you could expect trouble, possibly anything from Dawnguard could cause erratic behaviour.

i've had crazy stuff happen too, but it's not bad it's all good. i set up one of the manniquins with ancient falmer armor and seems like everytime i go back to the house it duplicates the entire set, regardless if i've changed it.

But did your mannequins stop walking? Did you find out what it was that was upsetting them?

I've had a problem with the Armory. When I try to take certain items off the Mannequins such as Mythic Dawn robes to place another set of clothing. Say my Arch-Mage robes. It goes on correctly but when I come back the mythic dawn robe set had dupilcated and my arch-mage robes wouldn't be displayed anymore.

That's been a bug on certain mannequins for quite a while in vanilla too. I don't know if they ever fixed it with patches. The "older" armor will always come back and "replace" the more recent. The only way I was able to prevent this was... to stick with the same armor all the time, and never put a second one on the same mannequin. I know, doesn't really help except if you start a new game.
