Hello fellow Beta Testers, or shall I say Alpha Testers?

Post » Mon Sep 06, 2010 1:07 pm

It really should be called Alpha Testers at this moment since they claim to be at the Pre-Alpha stage that they are having us test out. Just giving a holler to everyone. For those who haven't received their key's yet, give it time.

Phino, what makes you think they are still sending out MP Test codes? Did you get yours today instead of yesterday?

i received mine yesterday.
a friend of mine received his today.

it's set at random, so i'm just saying, be patient and im sure it will come. i've been waiting for SC2 beta before, MoH beta, MW2 beta, and all of those, sometimes i got lucky and got in instantly in first set or sometimes mid or even last set.

so just wanted to say, if u keep looking for it, u won't find it, just let it be and in time it'll come. idk how they choose testers, but if it's by random, just give it time.

Just found my invite.

Looking forward to seeing/shooting you guys.

Let's hope this test gives Crytek the data they need to make this game sixier.
Good luck guys.

so apparently those who get the key and can play are required to not leak info?

I suppose so. It makes sense, as Crytek doesn't want people to be leaking their information.

I tried looking for an NDA, not that I plan to run and tell all the internets about it, but all I could find was the bold at the bottom of the code email saying to not discuss your experience nor capture it.

I skimmed the ULA at the beginning of the beta and didn't see anything about an NDA either.

I don't think saying the test has 1 map is disclosing anything.

The link in the email to the "Feedback Board" doesn't work for me either, it says access denied when I click it.
