I have the launcher installed and everything downloaded there, but when I click play I get a blank black screen ...

Have already tried:
- Reinstalling video drivers (AMD Radeon HD 7540D) directly from AMD's site
- Direct X End User Web Installer
- sfc /scannow


Have gotten nowhere....help please
I get a screen that's blank with a cursor that is like a triangle, and background music but no visual.
Alt-enter moved this screen into a window I can move around, but alt tab'ing collapses it.

Don't have any emails about forums, guess I'm not special enough.

All I get is for help go to help dot elderscrollsonline dot com where I can't find this issue, and it says contact them... Already sent an email but I understand they are backed up right now on answering emails so I was hoping someone else had ran into this and could advise me what to try.
