just got game ready to play and it a no go useing my G13 gamepad it works on all my other games pls tell me im missing something sure hope i can use it on this game any help is good help pls help me

Except for one game, any time I find my G13 not responding it's because I have bumped the lock button. I also only have one profile but sometimes if it's not locked, it will default to "G" keys which aren't always recognized.
