Hi all.

I have created a simple perk to increase one-handed weapon speed by 20%. However, it seems to be affecting all weapons rather than just one-handed. I'm probably over-looking something very obvious, but I am very new to using the creation kit and modding in general. If anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated.

Have a look at how dual flurry perks work, especially the conditions on the spells PerkDualFlurry30/50

Ah right I see. So I can add conditions to the spell effect. Thank you very much for your help.
