Windows 8 is so annoying! I can't even make changes to my Morrowind INI file or unpack ESM files because I can't provide administrator permissions even though I am the administrator and the sole only user on this computer; no guest accounts and no password.

I lowered my UAC slider all the way down http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/1162/94160994.jpg.
I googled how to do it and found http://www.eightforums.com/general-discussion/4507-eliminate-overbearing-administrator-permission-requests.html but nobody there gave step by step instructions on how to permanently disable the administrator permissions notifications. Please help. I don't care about the security issues; I just want it gone.
