You cannot. You are (possibly) Tiber Septim reborn. You are a mover and a shaker, not a contemplative monk.

Want to follow Jurgen? Join the Greybeards, gaze at your navel and never leave HH. Remember, they don't even care if Alduin eats the world (again). "Let it all end..."

Want to be the next legend? Get out there and fix problems with the tool you were given.

Throw down your sword and shut your mouth unless the land is threatened enough to justify "True Need" then sit up on High Hrothgar acting all high and mighty all day

I just realized something, Paarthurnax breaks the Way during our first meeting with him because he shouts fire at the wall and the Way teaches the following:
The main precept of the philosophy is that those who can wield the Voice should only do so in times of "True Need".

If he breaks the Way for something so trivial as a greeting between Dov's then who's to say that he actually follows it at all? I swear that clever old Dov is just patiently playing chess and silently moving all the pieces into position to take over as the new King/Alduin

I thought he didn't follow it. He tries to adhere to it as it helps him meditate. But he's totally fine with teaching it for war too, which the greybeards who are full practitioners of the way are not.

i have decided to change what im doing abit.

she will follow the way of the voice for 1 week then i will pretend that the dragons have became a threat to high hrothgar.
she will use wirlwind sprint only to get across platforms.
and she will use unrelenting force on dragons only.
she will use dragonrend for when needed in the mq then never again.
after the mq she will go mad with wanting to know all shouts then she will do dragonborn mq.

^ all true heros are abit mad in the first place, otherwise they wouldn't be great. Your roleplaying plan sounds good to me. :)
