Ok so is it just me or do we have less customization options than Oblivion had?

Either way I need some help, I want to make a attractive female or handsome male character/s.... I tried on dark elves but due to the faces they always look so pissed off

Is there anyway outside of the PC version to make your characters look good?

The main races I am looking to create later is:

Male-Nord

Female-Wood Elf
