i talked to the other elves living in the mushroom village and they said that vorona (whatever her name was) was headed to raven rock hours ago. my map market is on the middle of their town, clairvoyance leads me to the center of their town also. i watched a video and the map marker should be a little bit outside. i went to where she should be, the two ash spawn are there, but shes not. so does anyone know what to do/where to find her?

There's someone in ravenrock she was going to see.. Try asking some vendors and that should get you along your way. After takkng to this person, your quest marker will update accordingly.
