ok I'm having a problem, there is a guide i been using to help me find all the optional quests as well as the items. in this guide it tells me about rescuing the survivors. i am playing on normal difficulty and not caring about the ghost or no kills or any of that. but my problem is when i go to the house on the right, there are only weepers no survivors. i thought at first this was something part of a game update 1.4. but i can't even play any of my saves due to removing that. second i thought it was on easy difficulty, still same problem. has anyone gotten this guy Blake in the same building and did they do it on ghost while doing it on another playthrough without going ghost?
