I ve searched the place but i cant find the ceremonial axe.From what i've read the axe is on display in a room where you must defeat a draugr.i ve searched the room but i cant find it.I dont know where it is.Need help

Look on the weapon plaque above the throne.

It isnt there.I ve used dragon shouts(just like the dreadlord i defeated).Is there a possibility that the axe was moved because of this?

Maybe.. So check around you. If not reload a previous saved game.
