My system is old but it has sum balls where it plays skyrim smooth except these ugly textures that appear out of some decals, do you know what may be causing this?As I run through the town and swim through the water it in my screenshot it runs smooth, with all settings on Medium.

I've tried modding .ini files and switched between different video setting..with no luck! Please help!
