Help with animations

I recently came across a nice pack Npc poses (It came in three files, two Nifs, and on Kf) and I
get them set up in the cs using the animation slot, and they look great. But when I enter
the cell I placed the Npcs ingame, MW crashes. I've tried both of the nif files, don't know
what to do with the Kf and other Nif.

Can anyone tell me if I'm doing something wrong?
I've never done this before, so I'm prolly just missing something.

MW animations are stored in three files e.g. Anim.nif (to be selected in the TESCS, used only in the TESCS preview window), xAnim.nif (skeleton structure); xAnim.kf (animation data). Note that file naming is important and all three files should be in the same \Data Files\ Meshes\ folder or subfoler e.g. \Data Files\ Meshes\MyAnim\. In case of scripting you have to check what Idle is used in NifScope.

You may need to use http://www.liztail.com/view_project.php?prj_id=8 to split up the .kf... I haven't really used it, but it should help :shrug:
