i have been looking everywhere on the internet and ingame to find how to make arrows. i want to make ebony arrows. i have ebony ore and Fletcher only has iron and steel arrows.
also i am looking for moonstone and dedra* hearts.

I'm at 50 in smithing so far and haven't unlocked any options to make arrows.

moonstone is sold by smiths. daedra hearts, you can loot in dungeons (i have found 2).

I dont think you can make arrows. svcks, i know. but i think itll get modded in very quickly

so how do we get arrows like ebony and deadra.
and i have been to every smith looking for moonstone
