i need help on the chapter attack of the fishmen ( i think is its name)

i am stucked in the part that my char is sleeping and its awaken by some mans who tryes to kill me and they start breaking my door, and i need to run and escape, but my char doesn't run at all...

and i can't go through that stage :c

ive played this game since 2 years ago and everytime y install and play it again, i can never win that part and escape x_x

please can someone help me?
