Help with building a gaming rig (I'm overwhelmed) : Othor Games

I would like to build a cost effective gaming rig that can play Skyrim at Maxed out settings 30-60 fps + with mods and so forth as well as other games.
Would keeping it between 600-800 dollars be pushing it? if so i would like to shoot for under 1000. I've been browsing new egg for hours and could use some help in picking out all the parts needed. Any other suggestions welcome. Thanks! :biggrin:
