Hi, I've submitted four different requests for help on the "ask for support" link and every single time I get an automated response, no way to follow up and no help at all. I have a bug or issue where anytime I shoot an enemy in combat I get massive frame drops and slow downs, it ruins combat and honestly the entire game. I can't aim, shoot or do anything really in a game about shooting. This is ridiculous, and the lack of support or help I've received seriously makes me want to never buy a Bethesda or fallout game again. That's coming from someone that's bought every Bethesda game for the past decade. My interactions with "support" have been incredibly insulting. I seriously just want a short response with suggestions or at the very least a acknowledgment of the issue and information on if it's going to be patched.
