Found a thread with forum moderators saying the basically that the title should be addressed to them. So there it is properly addressed. Message being delivered is simple.

Where do I enable directX11? And who's going to inform the poor saps that think this is DX10 that they're running when in reality it's DX9.

Steam does not do refunds, ever. I've never heard of them once giving a refund.
I've returned/been refunded for an accidental purchase, I went to hit cancel and hit purchase(for Saints row 2) and they put the money back into my steam wallet AND removed it from my game list.

Why won't EVERYONE just CHILL THE F OUT?
I'm frustrated that the MP is not working(at least, as far as all of my experiences have gone, with american servers NOT working, yet I've played about 5 games on some german servers.

GIVE THEM SOME TIME!!! Be patient! EA/etc. WILL fix these issues.

And quit crying so much about dx11... it STILL looks FANTASTIC in dx10...

There it is from How do I get my money back thread

The game only runs in DX9 not 10. I repeat NOT 10.

As was seen in the embarrassing moment this morning when Nvidia reveals there top of the line Dx11 card by playing DX9 Crysis 2.

They were actually, a $2 million deal for DX11 and some 3D stuff.

Yes and everyone uses 3d =P I can hardly find people with 500 series cards let alone over 500 dollars invested in a 3d monitor and glasses

It was more for the DX11...since they needed it for marketing. Which, as of now, has totally backfired on them.
